The Böker Classic series is ideal for cutting and preparing food. The traditionally shaped blades, made from the highest quality Solingen stainless steel, are finely honed to create a very fine sharpening profile. For perfect sharpness, the knife is hand-ground. The handles are made from locally sourced olive wood. The series would not be complete without the popular Buckels knife, featuring its unique blade shape. The wide blade makes it easy to spread butter and is perfect for slicing bread and muffins.
