Blomus Théière Kumi 1 l

The tabletop series from the blomus design team combines typical Japanese forms that reflect the minimalist design language of everyday objects in the blomus range. It features a fascinating yet very traditional Japanese reactive glaze. This effect glaze develops differently with each firing and reacts to the slightest changes in the oxygen levels of the oven atmosphere. Nevertheless, the stoneware items are dishwasher and microwave safe. This semi-matte glaze may have inclusions and imperfections and can get scratches, as it has a very soft surface. However, this is not a flaw, but rather a part of this refined manufacturing process. Hence the name Kumi, which is derived from the Japanese word for eternal beauty.
