All pieces of the SABLO series are made from a unique mixture of colored clay, quartz, and minerals such as calcite, along with oxides. They are formed through a casting process, and the high firing temperatures make stoneware more stable than clay. The colors and shapes, as well as the appearance of the glaze, can vary, making each piece unique with individual structures and shades. All tableware pieces in the SABLO series are fired at very high temperatures and do not require glazing everywhere. They are microwave safe and dishwasher safe.
