Regarding its production, after an initial firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive glazes in various colors are applied to the stoneware, giving it a unique, deep relief. The appearance of color nuances found from one piece to another is the result of a skilled artisanal blend of firing techniques and the way the coating is applied.
