Slightly raised in the center with gently sloping edges, it complements all dishes from appetizers to desserts. Made from high-quality and ultra-durable glazed porcelain, a machine imported from Japan is used to apply the colorful patterns, while the edges and certain details are hand-painted before being fired at 1200 °C.
