Björn Genesis

This small cup is simply perfect. Not too big and not too small. It is suitable for many different types of coffee preparation and, thanks to its simple design, also for an aperitif or for glasses. After an initial firing of the clay at a low temperature, reactive glazes are applied to the earthenware, giving it unique colour gradations. The appearance of colour nuances found from one piece to another is the result of a skilful artisanal blend of firing techniques and the way in which the coating is applied. The Genesis collection is inspired by travelling between land and sea. In the Land variant, a blue-grey-khaki colour gradient appears, reminiscent of the layers of the earth. Its asymmetrical lines and clear cuts lend it character and authenticity.
