The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite details, giving it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage and even surpasses ceramic coatings. Thanks to the granite coating, the cookware is extremely scratch-resistant and durable. Pots and pans of this type also allow for frying with minimal fat content, as the pan heats up like stone and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface. The composition of the aluminum body and the ferromagnetic base enables use on induction cooktops and all other types of kitchens, and all stoves and cooktops utilize the best thermal properties of cast and forged aluminum.
