The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite finishes, offering higher hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. This cookware combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon, being more resistant to damage and surpassing ceramic coatings. Thanks to the granite coating, the dishes are extremely scratch-resistant and durable.
