8-piece knife set on stand by Berlinger Haus from the Infinity series. Complete all-purpose kit. For portioning meat and fish, cutting bread, and slicing vegetables. These knives are made from stainless Ferrinox steel with a high carbon content of 1.4028 / X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is its scratch resistance, increased wear resistance, and complete corrosion resistance. Blades made of chrome-molybdenum steel are extremely hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen. Solid, with a glossy aquamarine color coating. Included: - Chef's knife 20 cm - Bread knife 20 cm - Santoku knife 17.5 cm - Utility knife 12.5 cm - Paring knife 9.5 cm - Scissors - Acrylic rotating stand.
