The Bread Knife

A sturdy and handy knife with a serrated blade, ideal for slicing bread with either a hard or soft crust. It is suitable for medium to large pieces.

Details:
The knife blade is made from 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15 steel with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring a precise cut. This consistently precise cutting is combined with remarkable durability; after heat treatment, a hardness of 59/60 HRC is achieved, providing a perfect balance between rigidity and tension. Grinding, hardening, satin finishing, and sharpening are carried out using traditional techniques. The front ring nut ensures a perfect locking of the knife blade.

More grip means more safety: The special thermoplastic polymer increases grip in wet conditions. The rear ring nut allows for perfect balance by inserting steel balls. The technical knife handle made of thermoplastic polymer offers a direct grip for maximum ergonomics during use.
