The set consists of 4 steak knives with a smooth blade and a handle with a matte finish, short, practical, and handy. Thanks to the tip and sharpness, it is possible to cut cooked meat precisely and limit fraying. These Berkel steel knives are corrosion-resistant and do not scratch ceramic, features that are essential for daily use and guarantee a long lifespan.

  • Aperam MA4 blade made of martensitic stainless steel (AISI 420c).
  • 1.4034 AISI 420 is the most commonly used martensitic steel grade for cutlery due to its good corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.
  • Hardness after heat treatment 56 HRC
  • Blade thickness 2.25 mm
  • Smooth blade
  • Berkel logo engraved on the blade

Handle

  • Thermoplastic polymer, heat resistant up to a maximum of 120°C.
  • Matte finish
