The 0.19 kW motor of this precision machine effortlessly drives the smooth, hardened blade of the chrome-plated tool steel knife (25 cm Ø) through the food being sliced. You can cut easily, quickly, and precisely - right down to the last piece. You can adjust the slice thickness with millimeter accuracy: from paper-thin to 14 mm.
