The white Carrara marble mortar is a Made in Italy model, 100% handcrafted, and was produced piece by piece in Tuscany. The manufacturing took place just a few kilometers from the quarries of the valuable white Carrara marble.

The pestle is also Made in Italy. It is made from untreated beech wood, suitable for food, and perfect for crushing spices, seeds, cookies, and of course, for preparing pesto.

The mortar with pestle, model Genoa, allows you to prepare the Pesto alla Genovese recipe according to the century-old tradition from Genoa, thanks to its practical quarter divisions.

The pestle and mortar are not only perfect for making pesto but also for crushing spices, seeds, cookies, and for mixing other sauces with your favorite recipes. Treatment and cleaning: Treat and clean the mortar by using only a damp cloth and avoiding any cleaning agents.
