Vertical sausage filler 12 liters with a 2-speed gearbox. The sausage filler has a capacity of 12 liters and is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This model features a hardened full-metal 2-speed gearbox, which noticeably facilitates the work. To fill the sausage filler, the cylinder is unlocked and removed sideways (vertical model) or pulled upwards after unlocking (horizontal model). The filling tubes are screwed onto the lower thread using a clamping nut. These sausage fillers also have a vent valve on the top of the pressure piston, which allows excess air in the filling to be released. The pressure plate of the pressure piston contains a high-quality silicone seal. On the sides of the sausage fillers, there are two ratchets for either fast or slow operation, onto which the drive crank is attached. Suitable for all types of sausages.
