This cast iron pan is made of forged iron, ideal for crispy fried food. Meat stays juicy, and fried potatoes become crispy. It is extra heavy, with a 4 mm thick gastro quality. The pan has good heat conductivity, heating slowly and evenly, ensuring a long service life. It features an auxiliary grill and two pouring lips. Cleaning is simple—just wipe out with kitchen paper. It can also be used as a grill pan on a charcoal grill and is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Dishwasher safe.
