You have plenty of space for all your large pans on the ATAG BIH09571EV. The induction cooktop is extra wide at 90 centimeters, making it easy to fit your large pot of soup. You can connect the two cooking zones on the left with the push of a button to create space for a long grill plate. With the slider control, you can quickly set the right cooking position. If you move your pan on the cooktop, it retains the set cooking positions and timer. This way, you can continue cooking quickly in another cooking zone. The cooking machine ensures that the cooking zone switches off after the water boils, once it reaches 100 degrees Celsius. You can then continue to gently cook pasta or beans at a lower cooking position.
