Drying food is a great way to preserve nutrients and organoleptic properties, allowing us to enjoy them even out of season when fresh products are less available. The dehydrator enables the drying of not only fruits and vegetables but also herbs, bread, mushrooms, meat, and fish. The 5 interchangeable baskets with a transparent BPA-free lid provide constant visibility of the food in the dryer. Dried food can be stored for a long time; in some cases, it can be ground into flour to prepare delicious sweets or savory dishes.
