The dehydrator made of brushed stainless steel offers an impressive drying area of 1.34 m² with 16 large trays, allowing for the simultaneous and even drying of particularly large quantities of fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, or mushrooms. Thanks to its high-quality construction from food-safe stainless steel, the food remains free from plastic contact, and all parts are BPA-free. The device operates quietly at only 45 dB(A), features eight programs, and has a temperature that can be adjusted continuously between 30 and 85 °C in 5 °C increments, along with an LED display with touch control and a rotary knob. A bright, switchable LED interior light and a large viewing window provide a full overview during the drying process. Cleaning and operation are particularly easy; removable parts such as the drip tray and drying racks are dishwasher safe.
