The frying pan stands out for its exceptional frying properties, quick and energy-saving preparation, and fat-free cooking. Thanks to the special non-stick coating, nothing sticks, and the pan is incredibly easy to clean.
The surface coating Lotan, developed by AMT itself, simplifies cleaning and ensures that the pans always remain hygienically clean. The non-stick property is significantly enhanced by Lotan, and water consumption is reduced. Lotan is a special seal that is reinforced with ceramic components. A high-quality aluminum special alloy with an especially thick base (9 mm) ensures optimal heat conduction and retention. The pan is oven-safe (complete with handle) up to 240 °C.
After use, the pan should always be rinsed with warm water and dish soap. Using suitable heat-resistant fats and oils prevents tar residues and other deposits, while also extending the non-stick property.
