It features an aluminum grinding layer, a titanium oxide plasma layer that is nearly as hard as diamond, and a reinforced ceramic base coating with a stainless steel layer. An intermediate layer with mineral particles provides extreme durability, while the LotanTM non-stick topcoat ensures easy handling.
