The non-stick property is significantly enhanced by Lotan, which also reduces water consumption. Lotan is a special seal that is reinforced with ceramic components. A high-quality aluminum special alloy with a particularly thick base (9 mm) ensures optimal heat conduction and retention. The pan is oven-safe (complete with handle) up to 240 °C. After use, it should always be rinsed with warm water and dish soap. Using suitable heat-resistant fats and oils helps prevent tar resins and other residues, while also extending the non-stick property.
