AMT Frying pan

The perfect pan for all types of sautéed dishes, fish, meat, and vegetables. The surface coating Lotan, developed by AMT itself, simplifies cleaning and keeps the pans hygienically clean. The non-stick properties are greatly enhanced by Lotan, which also reduces water consumption. Lotan is a special sealant reinforced with ceramic components. A high-quality aluminum alloy with an especially thick base (9 mm) ensures optimal heat conduction and retention. Oven-safe (complete with handle) up to 240 °C. After use, always wash with warm water and dish soap. Using suitable heat-resistant fats and oils prevents tar resins and other residues, while also prolonging the non-stick properties.
