The Nuovo Milano cutlery collection by Ettore Sottsass was created in 1987 and is now considered a classic among Alessi's cutlery sets. The design idea for this cutlery was inspired by the smoothing effects of the sea. The result impresses with its simple form and gently rounded edges. The smooth and polished handle, the fully rounded tines with their even and carefully crafted tips: these are the elements that distinguish the fork from the Nuovo Milano series.
