Product details

The Nuovo Milano cutlery collection by Ettore Sottsass was created in 1987 and is now considered one of the classics of Alessi's cutlery sets. The design idea for this cutlery was inspired by the smoothing effect of the sea. The result impresses with its simple form and gently rounded edges. In the Nuovo Milano series, the knife is available in two versions: either with a hollow handle or as a single piece. The latter is produced by working with a single piece of steel, making the one-piece knife ideal for those who prefer to hold a heavier knife.
