"Fior d’olio" is a small technical gem that captures the essence of "green gold," as olive oil is also known, with its iconic design. The "Fior d’olio" stopper fits into the bottle neck and features a small beak-shaped spout. This allows for precise dosing of the oil, depending on whether the dish requires a drop or a splash.
