"Fior d’olio" is a small technical gem that embodies the iconic design of "green gold," as olive oil is often referred to. The "Fior d’olio" stopper fits into the bottle neck and features a small spout, allowing for precise dosing of oil over dishes, whether a drop or a splash is needed. At the same time, the stopper prevents oxidation and thus keeps the oil from going rancid.
