Alessi Cutting board beech

Bread cutting board made of bamboo wood Sbriciola with a collection container made of thermoplastic resin by Alessi. "Sbriciola," designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, is a practical cutting board for the kitchen, but not only. It features wide longitudinal grooves and a compartment underneath that collects the crumbs falling through the grooves. This compartment is divided into two sections: the smaller one is intended for storing the bread knife and is located under the part of the board that has no grooves; this way, it is protected from falling crumbs. The second compartment is the same size as the area of the cutting board that has grooves and collects the crumbs that accumulate while cutting the bread.
