The Colombina series by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas enriches the "Colombina" product family with cutlery for seafood lovers. Designed in collaboration with gourmet Alberto Gozzi, the "Colombina fish" series offers a selection of useful tools that allow for the perfect serving and enjoyment of fish and seafood. The surface texture of each handle resembles fish scales, emphasizing the purpose of the cutlery. The "Colombina fish" collection consists of eleven pieces. It includes classic table cutlery – a fish fork, a fish knife, and a fish spoon – as well as serving utensils: a fork, a knife, and a spoon for serving fish. Specialty utensils are also included: a small fork for oysters and clams, a small butter knife, a caviar spoon, a lobster claw, and a lobster pick.
