Apostrophe was designed by Gabriele Chiave. It is an extraordinary object that does not reveal its function at first glance. It resembles a movable plow that can engrave the peel with free and decorative signs. It is a small accessory for the kitchen, used to draw on orange peels and create a bit of food design.
