ENSÕ by aida: a new interpretation of white porcelain tableware. Beautifully shaped, minimalist design that is thoughtfully crafted to be showcased in various ways. This tableware series was developed in collaboration with the renowned architect and designer Michael Sebber Colfelt from the architectural firm C.F. Möller, Copenhagen. The result is a new, well-conceived design tableware series.

ENSO means circle in Japanese. It is a symbol of peace, creativity, and elegance. These very aspects inspired the award-winning C.F. Moller architects in the development of this tableware series in collaboration with aida. The design is highly functional and allows for many creative ideas for the set table.

Consisting of: 4 pieces of double-walled mugs.

Material: Porcelain.
Material thickness / Weight: double-fired, making it extremely shock-resistant.

The tableware is dishwasher and microwave safe.

The special design features of this series are:

• All flat plates have the same height.
• Stacking, combining, and multi-use options, e.g.:
• The 22 cm plate can be used as a lid for the soup plate.
• The 15 cm plate (saucer) can be used as a lid for the soup, cereal, or salad bowls.
• The egg cup can serve as a lid for the handle mug, thermos mug, and handle cup. When it is no longer needed as a lid, it serves as a holder for the tea bag.
• The base shape of the bowls and plates is designed for ideal stacking of plates, cups, and bowls.
• The saucer (15 cm plate) fits as a saucer for all cups in the series (espresso cup, handle cup, thermos mug, and handle cup).
