This useful function remembers your cooking settings and reactivates them when you are ready to continue. An induction cooktop responds quickly and precisely. The cooking zone reaches high temperatures immediately as needed or heats up only to a low setting. With induction technology, preheating the cooking zone is not necessary to reach the desired temperature. The electricity is converted into heat as efficiently as possible right away.
