This cooktop features a power function for when you need high temperatures quickly, enabling you to bring water to a boil for pasta very rapidly. For each cooking zone, OptiHeat Control registers the remaining residual heat, allowing you to use this heat more efficiently and see for your safety which cooktop is still cooling down. To monitor every cooking process accurately, the timer starts at zero and runs until you stop or reset it.
