The spice filter, which is heat-resistant up to 240°C, keeps the inedible but necessary ingredients out of the food. Simply remove the silicone cap from the stainless steel filter and fill it with the desired spices. Then, just hang Spice Bomb in the pot, allowing it to infuse its contents' aroma into the dish.
