Goliath Salt and Pepper Mill. The smallest mill is more of a dwarf, but the largest of the four mills always makes a culinary statement with its length of over half a meter: Gabriele Dörfler designs the mills for AdHoc from timelessly beautiful, naturally oiled acacia wood or black lacquered birch wood, featuring a satin-finished stainless steel turning head. Regardless of their size, each mill is equipped with a high-quality, non-corrosive ceramic grinding mechanism, and the grind level can be adjusted continuously from fine to coarse. What is finely ground in this mill is left to the user's preference: some love pink, white, or black pepper, caraway, coriander, or black cumin, while others prefer various types of salt. Whatever is filled into the Goliath Salt and Pepper Mill in any of the four sizes – it is served decoratively and finely ground on the table.
