87 SteakArt Santoku knife

The 87-STEAKart Santoku Damascus knife is the Japanese brother of the Western chef's knife and just as flexible an all-rounder. With its wide and very sharp blade, the knives are particularly suitable for fine cutting and filigree work. Vegetables, fruits and herbs can be cut, but also fish and meat. Not to be used for bones and frozen food.
East Asian forging art at its best: The durable, corrosion-resistant and extremely sharp blade was forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel (60±2 HRC). This makes the blade enormously hard for sharpness without losing its flexibility. The folded steel also gives the blade its typical decorative grain. The "V-grind" at an angle of 15° guarantees excellent cutting results, whether you are right- or left-handed.
The beautiful pakka wood handle not only gives the knife its elegance, but also lies comfortably in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape.
