87 SteakArt Chef's knife

The 87-STEAKart Damascus Chef's Knife is a flexible all-rounder, suitable for a variety of cutting tasks. With its pointed blade, it can cut vegetables, fruits, and herbs, as well as break down fish and meat. It is not suitable for bones or frozen items.

This knife showcases the finest East Asian craftsmanship: the durable, corrosion-resistant, and extremely sharp blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel (60±2 HRC). This makes the blade incredibly hard for sharpness while maintaining its flexibility. The folded steel also gives the blade its characteristic decorative grain. The "V-grind" at a 15° angle ensures excellent cutting results, whether used by right or left-handed individuals.

The blade is complemented by a beautiful real wood handle made of Pakkawood, which not only adds elegance to the knife but also fits comfortably in the hand due to its ergonomic shape, allowing for fatigue-free use.
