    Handy hoover for pet hair

Hi all, I've been looking for a handy hoover that has good suction power and removes pet hair on upholstery well. I am totally overwhelmed with the choice! I know from friends that Dyson, whether V8 or V-something, is not worth the price. Gtech for example? or Bosch? what can you recommend?

Cordless washing hoover in a household with cats?

Hello, I am looking for a hoover that is good for pets and runs on battery power (don't want a cable). One of my cats likes to tear up cardboard, which means that there are always 1cm pieces lying around or cat litter scattered on the floor. A washing function would also be desirable, then a washing mop could be spared. So far I have found the Crosswave Pet Pro, but it has a cable. https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/bissell-crosswave-pet-pro-staubsauger-10002115 Not sure, but that would be the cordless version? Not available though. https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/bissell-cross-wave-cordless-staubsauger-12116563 Do you have any recommendations?

Mite vacuum cleaner, dust mite vacuum cleaner, dust mite hoover etc.

Couldn't you make a separate category for certain "special" products that are standardised? For example, dust mite vacuum cleaner, dust mite hoover, dust mite vacuum cleaner, etc. None of the spellings cover "all" existing products. You have to search for them laboriously. Thank you for considering this enquiry!

Humming brushes on the Samsung Bespoke Jet Plus

Hello dear people I received the Samsung Besoke Jet Plus today and put it into operation. The joy was short-lived, however, because strangely all the brushes supplied were buzzing while I was vacuuming. That can't be right😒! It's like the sound of a pneumatic hammer being used on my floor. Does anyone know this problem? Are all the brushes really defective on a brand new product or am I doing something wrong? Thank you very much!

Powerful hoover wanted (requirement: animal hair, straw, human hair)

Hello everyone I'm looking for a powerful hoover. We have rabbits that shed well, and there is also straw/hay or sometimes droppings lying around. I don't want the vacuum cleaner to clog up straight away. I currently have a Nilfisk VP300 Floors are parquet or stone, we live in a house with 3 floors (so I would like a slightly longer cable) Thank you for your tips

    Washing vacuum cleaner

We are looking for a good washing vacuum for our flat with parquet floors. We already have a Dyson V10 and just need a cordless one to pick up damp. We have two British Shorthair cats, so this one must not have any problems with hair.

Battery hoover without hand vacuum and wet function with domestic cats

Hello together I am looking for a handheld hoover for my 3.5 room flat as I want to replace my old sled hoover. I have two indoor cats that shed neatly and spread cat litter. Since I already have a small hand hoover and prefer to mop the floor, I don't necessarily need these additional functionalities. What is important to me is good suction power and, above all, available spare parts (especially the battery) that don't cost as much as the hoover itself. An additional plus would be that the hoover fits under furniture, i.e. it is not too thick at the bottom. The first thing that caught my eye was Mio Star, but I haven't had any experience with the brand yet. My price limit is 400 Fr. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations? Greetings and thanks in advance!

    Suction power

Does the suction power displayed in watts represent the power of the motor, the consumption of the motor or the pressure difference that the hoover can generate? Usually on the manufacturers' pages, the suction power (also called vacuum) is displayed in mbar or kPa. Personally, I am looking for a hoover with a high mbar, and it is not because the motor is powerful that it will suck hard, it can also suck a lot (litre/min) without sucking hard (mbar).

Cordless hoover for long (human) hair?

I have quite long hair that also falls out. They got stuck around the round brush of my Philipps, so I often had to get behind it with the tweezers. Tiresome in the long run. I have now given it away. Does anyone have any experience with a good cordless vacuum that can cope with long brushes?

    Indication of the suction power

When buying a hoover, I would like to be able to filter or sort the individual products according to suction power. The wattage does not correspond to the suction power. Most manufacturers give this information (airwatts, kPA, mm/H2O) with their products. In a shop, this information can be seen on the packaging and a comparison can be made. This is not possible at Digitec and I don't consider it very customer-oriented to look for this information for every hoover on the manufacturer's website.

Universal adapter or hose for power tools

Hello all I am looking for a universal adapter or hose so that I can use our hoover as an extractor on various electrical appliances such as orbital sanders or jigsaws. The connections on the respective tools are completely different in diameter and none of the individual adapters that come with them fit our hoover hose. Does anyone have any practical or product tips on how this can best be achieved? Thank you and best regards Markus

    Filter Search Galaxus

When I search for an item, I want to be able to specify in the search filter which options the item should contain in total. However, the filter does not add the activated filter options but searches for all articles that contain at least one of the selected filter options. As a result, I get articles listed that do not contain all the options I selected. It would be more helpful if only items were listed that contained all the selected options of the filter.

    New hoover

I live in a 93m2 flat with parquet flooring (all even and natural stone in the bathroom) and single carpet incl. 2 Stubentiegers. Looking for a suitable hoover that picks up all the hair. Had a Hoover for years, but would also be open to something new, but should be reasonably priced (office worker in further education and so on...). Can you help? Merci!

    Please add filter

Dear Digitec team, once again the question, do you occasionally use your own shop to order something? If so, you would surely have realised that the filter is missing here to distinguish between the classic floor-suri-five-times-over-the-cable-stumbling-vacuum cleaner and the Dyson imitation stick hoover ... And please decide whether you want to use the term battery-powered or rechargeable. It is also not at all clear whether the hoovers all come with a docking station (e.g. for wall mounting). The features for HEPA filters are only occasionally set and when I filter for "cordless" a dozen hoovers come up that obviously have a cord. (The same with PC cases, when I filter for "without side window", and then those come up that do have one). So many job seekers and you make so much turnover, how about working on your shop? Best regards

    Cordless vacuum cleaner

Hello all Our daughter crumbles quite a lot when she eats. One idea is to buy a cordless vacuum cleaner to get these crumbs out of sight quickly and easily. My criterion for such a vacuum cleaner is above all the charging option: I don't want to have to drill an extra device into the wall so that the vacuum cleaner can be charged. Are there any cordless vacuums that can be charged with a cord or something and optionally pick up wet food scraps? Preferably suitable for different sizes of hoover leading people. Whether with or without a bag doesn't matter at the moment. Thanks for tips!

    Dog household

Good evening all Looking for a hoover for my mother, the old one is giving up after 12 years. It would have to be a strong one as two dogs live in the household. As asthmatic it would need a bag. The house is spread over 4 floors. Mostly slab or vinyl flooring, a bit of carpet too. Rather with cable, but also with good battery would be ok. Price range would be upper limit at 400. Thanks already for the help :)
