Stovetops

Hello, I would like to replace my Siemens ET785001C/03 cooktop with an induction version of the same dimensions (792 x 512) (e.g., Bosch PXY801DW4E). I noticed that in the Bosch and Siemens installation diagrams, they recommend a space between the drawer and a cutout in the bottom of the drawer. Since the space between the drawer and the cooktop is limited, as are the possibilities for cutouts in the bottom of the drawer, are there any alternatives, or what are the risks? Hello, I currently have a Siemens PAS 6060 E, Progess hob, the dimensions of which are 500*570*38 mm. Is there a product on galaxux that could replace this hob?

Our 30-year-old "cooker" is slowly coming to the end of its life cycle. I would like to replace it with an appliance where I can control the hot plates with toggle switches (definitely not this sensor-touch nonsense). I prefer Bosch/Siemens as brands (extract of the baking trays, design). For some time now, I have noticed that there are no more ready-made combinations (except for some with outdated glass ceramic hobs that offer less than our current one). It should be possible to get an overview showing which ovens with control knobs go with which induction hobs. Who has that? The moment (but only then) that I can find out, I will order the whole thing immediately.
