Coffee capsule systems

We bought a capsule machine here in mid-January 24 (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/delonghi-citiz-nespresso-original-kapselmaschine-6147821). It has now happened for the second time that the capsule container and cup holder are simply "spat out" during operation, i.e. both parts are pushed out to the front. The cup, which is only partially filled, naturally falls to the floor and breaks, but the machine continues to work! The machine stands on the same flat and level place as the previous ones (approx. 3 or 4). We have only been using Nespresso capsule machines for years, mostly Krups/Nespresso brands, and this has never happened before! What could be the reason for this? We also have an older Nespresso Pixi, which works perfectly.

Dear Digitec Team. I'll be honest with you, I'm not a fan of this Transformer Optimus Prime DE plug. They are clunky and don't look good. In addition, when I buy a product from a Swiss online shop, I expect it to have a Swiss plug built in, not an adapter or anything else. I'm happy to pay a few francs more to get a Swiss plug. Therefore my suggestion: Add a new item with power connection with CH/DE plug. This would save me and the community a lot of grief. Many thanks and greetings Blade

Hello Community & Digitec-Galaxus Team :-) I am looking for a new machine. So a pure capsule machine - without milk frother etc. The problem I always have is the noise level. I know that none of them are quiet ;-) But which one is by far the quietest? I have searched in vain for a (current) test and the manufacturers don't give any decibels. (Why actually?) This is an important purchase decision for me. Could you do a test with the top 10, for example? Important for me: Quiet! Automatic switch-off (must!) Water level indicator (if possible) In the price range of the usual 100-200CHF Design, colour not important for now ;-) Who has had some machines and can say which one "whispers" in contrast to the others? I have here a Nespresso machine King U Pure black, about five years old, a semi-automatic machine with automatic closing and opening of the capsule holder. Sometimes the coffee doesn't taste good, the brewing times for a cup are inconsistent: sometimes a large stream of coffee comes out of the nozzle and the cup is full in no time. Sometimes, however, it seems to take forever and only a trickle of coffee leaves the nozzle in the direction of the cup. I descale the machine regularly every four months. I use both original capsules and Migros-Alu capsules. The latter don't always pierce straight away and only water flows into the cup. I also have problems regularly when I want to brew several cups in a row. Sometimes, however, everything is tiptop. I wonder now if I am dealing with a worn machine or if this is all normal? What is it like with 'newer' machines? Does everything always work perfectly? I really only want to replace the machine if there is no other way. Therefore, experiences and advice are welcome! :-) LG Alex

Hello All, I ordered a Senseo Quadrante on 2.1.2021 when the delivery time was stated as 2-4 days. I made the payment in advance immediately after confirmation. Today I look at my account and have delivery times of 4-6 weeks!!!! For a machine that is available in every better shop!???? I like the sustainability idea of Galaxus and didn't want to remain an Amazon customer any longer. But honestly, under these conditions, it's hard for me to switch. If you want to gain a foothold on the German market, you should be able to adapt to the demands. Moreover, how can it be that an online transfer is not credited to the recipient on the first working day after it is made? That hasn't happened to me yet either. I have cancelled my order and am curious to know when I will be able to use my advance payment again. Too bad, it could have been a good start.

Dear Galaxus team: would it be possible for you to include Senseo machines and Senseo pods in your range? The machines do not work with capsules but with pads. These used pads are compostable and therefore more environmentally friendly than capsules. I would be very happy if you had Senseo in your range. They have an enormous selection of flavours and varieties. The price/performance ratio would be top.
