This edition of Watten is part of the Edition SUHRKAMP LETTERPRESS, which was created in cooperation with the typographer Erik Spiekermann and the SÜPERGRÜP, a group of seven award-winning German designers - besides Erik Spiekermann Mirko Borsche, Johannes Erler, Lars Harmsen, Sarah Illenberger, Eike König and Mario Lombardo -: seven outstanding works of the 20th century. They were all published by Suhrkamp Verlag, redesigned, typeset and printed from digitally exposed plates on an original Heidelberger.
