Rotfuchs Friedrich der Grosse Detektiv

Friedrich lives on the same street as Erich Kästner, and "Emil and the Detectives" is his favorite book. He treasures his signed edition like a treasure. He dreams of becoming a great detective himself, which is why he, along with his friends Albert and Viktoria, helps the Berlin police locate lost items in the Tiergarten. Friedrich's older brother, on the other hand, joins the Nazis. When he participates in the book burning in 1933, Friedrich has to watch as his friend Erich Kästner's books are also burned. Soon after, the police task the children with spying on the author. Friedrich finds himself in a deep moral conflict and tries to warn his friend. When a murder occurs, Friedrich's childhood comes to a sudden end.
