In this edition, the errors previously published in the Journal of Classical Homeopathy have been corrected. Kent's Repertory has been the main tool for generations of classical homeopaths and has become the structural basis for the most commonly used modern repertories due to its clear organization. It remains well-suited as a foundation for solid repertorization. Particularly because of its reliability, it is still used by many homeopaths today. The repertory was the life’s work of James Tyler Kent. He worked on it for decades until the end of his life, continuously supplementing it with drug provings and clinical experiences. This work is a faithful new translation of the proven classic and does not include any additions compared to other translations. The remedy names have been updated.
