Author's Bio
Morton Rhue, whose real name is Todd Strasser, was born on May 5, 1950, on Long Island, New York, where he also grew up. As a young man, he traveled across the USA and Europe, earning money as a ship steward and street musician. After studying, he worked for several years as a newspaper reporter and copywriter. Eventually, Morton Rhue decided to make writing books his main profession. Since then, he has written a large number of novels and short stories - he is one of the most well-known children's and young adult authors in America. His most famous book in Germany is "Die Welle," which has been part of the school curriculum for decades and has received numerous awards. Morton Rhue still lives in New York. His hobbies include fishing, skiing, and surfing. About his books, he says: "Good young adult literature should help the reader make the right decisions."

Blurb
Fascist-like thinking and behavior are still present everywhere. A teacher demonstrates this to his students in a striking experiment.
