Product details

Written by Catherynne M. Valente, winner of the James Tiptree Jr. Award and Locus Award recipient. The Quarian Ark Keelah Si'yah is on its way to the Andromeda Galaxy with 20,000 colonists on board. The passengers include various species such as Drell, Elcor, and Batarians. A routine inspection reveals that many of the Drell colonists have died in their cryo chambers. The cause appears to be a pathogenic agent that is beginning to mutate and is now affecting other species as well. As the ship's systems fail, it quickly becomes clear: the illness is no accident. It is insidious murder, and the perpetrator is still on board.

As more and more ship systems fail, panic spreads among the colonists. To make matters worse, the virus induces madness, hallucinations, and extreme violence in those infected. If the crew does not quickly manage to repair the Ark and find a cure for the pathogen, the Keelah Si'yah will soon become a ghost ship. The official novel based on the sci-fi action-adventure hit Mass Effect: Andromeda.
