The workbook is a continuation of the workbook "Butchery Today - Sales Today - 1st Year of Training." It is structured according to the learning fields 6 to 13 of the 2nd and 3rd years of training for butchers. Each worksheet begins with a brief scenario. The subsequent tasks, which are based on a variety of methods, are thematically aligned with the scenario. A complex situation followed by tasks concludes each learning field. This allows students to optimally assess their acquired knowledge in relation to the learning fields while simultaneously preparing for the exam.
