Product details
Eurythmy was developed as a new art of movement by Rudolf Steiner between 1912 and 1924. Spiritual laws of language and music manifest in movement. Rudolf Steiner therefore refers to it as visible language and visible song. However, it is the individual person who dedicates themselves to this spiritual aspect with their body and capacity for experience. Eurythmy thus becomes an art through which both observation and participation reveal what it means to be human. It is, like humanity itself, something that is in a state of becoming. Eurythmy is practiced as a performing art, as a spiritual or balancing activity in everyday life, in education, and in specific therapeutic contexts.
