In addition to the thematic book, students use a personal topic notebook in which they write. The topic notebook is offered at two levels – both editions contain five chapters per school year and can be used simultaneously in one class. Both topic notebooks cover the same learning objectives, prepare for the same assessment occasion, and include particularly challenging tasks marked with a star. For all children who need additional support in the subject of German, the topic notebook "Tipp" is available as an alternative to the standard topic notebook. The "Tipp" notebook is also suitable for children with German as a second language and for younger students in mixed-age classes.
