Those who are stressed tend to use external means to manipulate themselves until their body and mind are in the desired mode. This is a reality that Michaela Huber knows all too well, as she has been working with stress-affected individuals for decades. These individuals often have a deep longing for both security and a desire to finally find more inner peace. The author has developed her own exercises and modified existing ones to help people internally experience a sense of protection and security. She particularly focuses on those who did not experience this sense of security as children but have a strong yearning for it.
