Cradle Buch: Holzhybridbau

The wooden hybrid construction is a sustainable and climate-friendly building method where wood plays a central role and is complemented by concrete, stone, or steel. Often, building regulations, fire safety, or other issues hinder pure wooden construction, necessitating the use of wooden hybrid construction. This volume presents 50 projects over 240 pages, ranging from single-family homes to large office buildings, that address these challenges and have been built using wooden hybrid construction methods. The new series of CRADLE books is published in collaboration with the magazine CRADLE. In these thematic volumes, exemplary projects are showcased with detailed texts, numerous facts, as well as detailed and overview plans and images. This highlights both the technical diversity and the design integration of the respective approaches.
