Johanna Adorján creates a societal satire with "Ciao" that is extremely funny while also being seriously relevant. Is the downfall of the old white man a foregone conclusion, or should we show mercy to this species?

Hans Benedek, once a sought-after cultural journalist, has not yet realized his loss of significance. He still considers himself a man of considerable influence, but the signs are increasing that something has changed. His constant affairs with interns are no longer as carefree as they were a few years ago. His daughter accuses him of being a murderer for still eating bacon for breakfast. When his wife suggests he write a portrait of the country’s most sought-after young feminist, Hans sees his chance. However, the encounter with her will plunge Hans into an abyss of previously unknown depth.
