The Geneva set includes three different Kegel balls with gradually increasing weights, designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Effective Kegel exercises improve vaginal health, leading to increased libido and enhanced sexual satisfaction. Each Kegel ball is equipped with a silicone string for easy removal after use. Start by using the ball with the lightest weight (46 grams) and learn to squeeze and hold the ball in the vagina for 2 seconds over 10 or 20 sessions. Train regularly and gradually increase the duration to the first 5 and later 10 seconds. Move on to a heavier ball (77 grams) and work your way up to the heaviest ball (107 grams).
